【源起】：浮雲自2002年起在許多討論組已貼有不少關於茶的圖片，至今應該已有幾百張了。這些圖片散落在各討論區，有時候想找回自己所張貼的圖，我也感到力不從心，而且使用那些網上照片簿有也不少限制。因此，浮雲決定把由2006年9月起，把圖片開始逐漸放到新註冊的網域下 http://www.cloudsteacollection.com ，作一個有系統的管理，也方便茶友來這兒尋找圖片資料。這兒會不時作出圖片更新及新的網頁設計，茶友可不妨定期造訪，看看更新。希望你喜歡這兒的圖片。如茶友想與浮雲討論茶事，可到浮雲藏茶-雅虎博客或 Cloud's Tea Collection - Blogger 或【華山論茶】討論組 http://www.puerh-teapot.com (暫停服務)。這兒暫時只有數版網頁計設，請參看索引，這只是暫時的版面設計。待日後有更多圖片，就會考慮把圖片按不同類別分類。這改版事情需時，日後再作打算。

[Recital]: Cloud has been posting several hundreds of tea photos in many discussion groups since 2002. These photos were loosely distributed over different discussion forums. I felt hard to locate the photos I posted. Besides, there are a lot of restrictions of those internet photo albums. Therefore, Cloud decides to place these photos under my newly registered domain http://www.cloudsteacollection.com starting from September 2006 in order to organise these photos systematically so that tea lovers can easily find the tea photo information they want. The photos and the site will be updated from time to time. You may come here to take a look regularly. Hope you will enjoy the photos here. If you want to leave me a message, welcome to one of my two tea blogs Cloud's Tea Collection - Blogger or Cloud's Puerh Tea Collection - Blogger. There is only several page at the present moment. Please refer to the index. This is a temporary design. When there will be over several hundred photos, I will consider to classify those photos in accordance with their natures. However, reconstruction of the site takes a lot time. Let's see how it goes.

A0608 普洱散茶
以住，在很少人認識普洱茶餅的年代，普洱茶一般都會以散茶的形式存在，因為一般人會認為餅茶難於處理，又不知如何入手，所以只選擇散茶來購買。最重要的一點是，沖泡之前又要拆散，所以對茶藝興趣不大的消費者，一般都希望可以省卻拆茶的過程，好像其他茶類一樣，把茶葉直接投放在茶壺裏去就算了。在近年的普洱茶新生年代，熟茶的發酵技術很好，這些熟散茶都是既經濟又實惠的選擇，但當然談不上有品茗的氣氛。

A0608 Loose-leaf Puerh Tea
In the old days when there were few people knowing about Puerh tea cakes, most of the Puerh tea would be loose-leaf Puerh. The reason is that people had a misunderstanding about tea cakes that they were difficult to be handled so that loose-leaf Puerh almost became the only choice. Most importantly, those consumers who were not too interested in the art of tea were unwilling to break down the compressed tea by themselves before brewing. They felt that it was a complicated process and troublesome. Loose-leaf Puerh tea really fitted their needs because they did not have to bother with breaking them down, just simply putting the loose-leaf Puerh into the teapot as the same way treating other kinds of tea.
By the way, nowadays, the technique of artificial fermentation manufacturing ripe Puerh has improved a lot. The loose-leaf ripe Puerh tea in this photo having its not bad quality is a good choice for daily consumption. Most importantly, it is really inexpensive with such fairly good enough quality, just around US$7.5 per 100g if it is bought in Hong Kong (P.S. Cloud mentioning the price is just to give some ideas of the value of these loose-leaf Puerh tea in Hong Kong. There is nothing connected to any sale from Cloud of this tea). Certainly, it is just for casual brewing and cannot be compared with those well aged Puerh vintages.

以前香港賣普洱茶的，一般只以級別來區分普洱茶，不像現在般的複雜，所以茶友可以看到的級別多為：
珍藏普洱
家藏普洱
遠年普洱
頂舊普洱
陳年普洱
舊普洱
等等的各種簡單的級別名稱。

A0609 Loose-leaf Puerh with different grades
In the past in Hong Kong, Puerh tea vendors sold their loose-leaf Puerh tea by different grades so that each grade had its own Chinese name related to the years of aging. However, the name had nothing to do with the actual aging year. It was just a comparative concept of years of aging, such as:
Aged Puerh - Precious Grade (which may have the longest aging years)
Home-stored Aged Puerh or Extra Fine Old Puerh (which may have the second longest aging years)
Long-term Stored Aged Puerh (which may have the third longest aging years)
Very Aged Puerh
Well Aged Puerh
Aged Puerh
However, unfortunately, these names vary between tea shops. That means, for example, the "Extra Fine Old Puerh" may be the highest grade in a shop while the Puerh tea with the same name is the 3rd grade in another tea shop. Therefore, next time if you come across these Puerh terms in Hong Kong, it would be better for you to taste the Puerh yourself in order to ascertain whether this tea fits your needs or not.

A0617 1970 年代中茶簡體
一九七零年代的時候，是國營茶廠的天下，沒有訂製的茶餅，只有國營的茶餅。當時，以三種茶餅的供應為主：
「孟力」海茶廠的「小黃印」；
昆明茶廠的「七子鐵餅」；和
下關茶廠的「中茶簡體」
今天，下關茶廠的「中茶簡體」已經開始展現其印級茶味，不輸其他的舊茶，喝起來，滋味醇厚，是收藏家鐘愛的茶品。
A0617 1970's Simplified Chinese Characters
In the 1970's, it was the world of state-owned factory tea cakes. There was no privately ordered tea cake at that time. There were mainly 3 kinds of tea cakes available to the market:
The Small Yellow Mark from the Menghai Tea Factory;
The Seven-son Discus Tea Cake from the Kunming Tea Factory; and
The Simplified Chinese Characters from the Xiaguan Tea Factory.
Nowadays, after 30 years of aging, the Simplified Chinese Characters starts to showcase its attractiveness by revealing its tastes similar to the Masterpiece Puerh Vintages. If you try to appreciate it wholeheartedly, you will feel its thick tea broth with its natually mellow flavor. That is the reason why the Simplified Chinese Characters is one of the collectible items among tea connoisseurs.

浮雲近幾個月，不眠不休地，花了不少花時所寫的一本書，收錄三百多個常見的普洱茶詞彙，快將出版。雖然此書以英文書寫，但也附有中文索引，內容豐富，文字顯淺，一樣適合華人閱讀。

In recent months, Cloud had always been busy, with what? The answer is, "A Glossary of Chinese Puerh Tea". This book took me a lot of time. That's why I did not update my personal website regularly. I am sorry about that. But this book is great because it contains more than 300 hundred entries with details definitions and interpretations. This book will be published very soon. Apart from the English Index, I also provide the Chinese index for the Chinese Puerh tea lovers. I am also eagar to receive the final product from the publisher. The good news is, at least, I have finished my part and I know the book will definitely be coming soon.

A0636 2003 Xiaguan Mini Discus Tea Cake FT 14456-3
After 4 years of aging, this tea is mellower than that of before. It has its thick tea broth and a very sweet aftertaste. Cloud was delighted when it was tasted because its astringency was less than before. It is aging. Cloud believes that this will be a good tea vintage for appreciation after several more years of time in the next decade. (More descriptions of this tea from the old photo A0194：Old Photo Archive 2)

這些有輕入倉的舊茶，由於每餅的入倉程度都會有少許不同，如果想獲得穩定的口感，一次將十多餅舊茶拆散，混和，放到透氣的紙袋裏醒茶。不出半年，就會有口感上佳的理想陳年普洱茶。把這些茶拿來大壺泡，實在是「爽」！

Because of the slightly different qualities of each of the tea cakes from the mild wet storage, breaking up 10 to 20 tea cakes at a single time and blending them together will give a more stable tea broth and brewing experience. After mixing the broken pieces thoroughly and putting them in to paper bags for revitalization about half a year, they will give the best aged, smooth and tasty tea liquor. Brewing this tea as my breakfast and daily tea is the greatest experience of the day.

When a purple clay teapot has been used for brewing tea for a period of time, it will give a shiny appearance which attracts lots of teapot lovers. If the clay for making teapot is the fine materials, it takes only several weeks to get to this shiny outlook.

每一件茶的一張身份證明書，紀錄了該茶的資訊。圖中的嘜號是 7432_803，那就意味著是 7432 配方的茶品，而尾三的數字(8)是指在 1988 年、1998 年或 2008 年生產的。由於茶品的包裝特色和陳化程度都可以透露茶品的陳期，因此，圖中的支飛只可能是指 1988 年，這是因為這種支飛的紙質，只有 1980 年代至 1990 年中使用過，1998 年以後的支飛都不是這樣子的了。因此，就證實了這批厚草紙茶餅就是生產於 1988 年的。
A0674 Batch Ticket
It is a simple document of every basket of Puerh tea (not every basket has one becuase, normally, only large tea factories will enclose a piece of this paper with each box or basket of Puerh. In the old days, tea vendors in Hong Kong always threw them away because they did not need to tell the customers about the trading codes of the tea cakes.) It records the information of the Puerh. In this photo, it shows the trading code "7432_803". From the first digit of the last 3 additional digits (the fifth digit, number 8), which means this batch of tea might be manufactured from 1988, 1998 or 2008. Although this system of recording the year of manufacture may cause confusion, there was no hardship between the tea merchants and the tea factories because it was originally the trading code in the tea business world. It was not a code supposed to be known by the end-users because it was quite absurd for an ultimate tea drinker to buy 84 pieces of tea cakes at a single time in the old days. Therefore, this system worked smoothly for years between businessmen. By reference to the texture of the batch ticket and its characteristics, tea experts will know that this batch ticket must be from 1988 because only batch tickets with similar texture were used between the 1980's to the middle of the 1990's. The batch ticket of 1998 looks different. (For details of how to read the 4 digits of trading code, you may refer to the hardback edition of the "First Step to Chinese Puerh Tea" P.74 to P.77.
