【源起】:浮雲自2002年起在許多討論組已貼有不少關於茶的圖片,至今應該已有幾百張了。 這些圖片散落在各討論區,有時候想找回自己所張貼的圖,我也感到力不從心,而且使用那些網上照片簿有也不少限制。 因此,浮雲決定把由2006年9月起,把圖片開始逐漸放到新註冊的網域下 http://www.cloudsteacollection.com , 作一個有系統的管理,也方便茶友來這兒尋找圖片資料。這兒會不時作出圖片更新及新的網頁設計,茶友可不妨定期造訪,看看更新。希望你喜歡這兒的圖片。 如茶友想與浮雲討論茶事,可到 浮雲藏茶-雅虎博客 或 Cloud's Tea Collection - Blogger 或 【華山論茶】討論組 http://www.puerh-teapot.com (暫停服務)。 這兒暫時只有數版網頁計設,請參看索引,這只是暫時的版面設計。待日後有更多圖片,就會考慮把圖片按不同類別分類。這改版事情需時,日後再作打算。
[Recital]: Cloud has been posting several hundreds of tea photos in many discussion groups since 2002. These photos were loosely distributed over different discussion forums. I felt hard to locate the photos I posted. Besides, there are a lot of restrictions of those internet photo albums. Therefore, Cloud decides to place these photos under my newly registered domain http://www.cloudsteacollection.com starting from September 2006 in order to organise these photos systematically so that tea lovers can easily find the tea photo information they want. The photos and the site will be updated from time to time. You may come here to take a look regularly. Hope you will enjoy the photos here. If you want to leave me a message, welcome to one of my two tea blogs Cloud's Tea Collection - Blogger or Cloud's Puerh Tea Collection - Blogger. There is only several page at the present moment. Please refer to the index. This is a temporary design. When there will be over several hundred photos, I will consider to classify those photos in accordance with their natures. (稍高解像度 / Higher Resolution: 800x600) A0209 在眾多的1980年代的茶餅,因為同期的茶餅會用上相同的包裝紙,這時候,在不品茗的情況下,就得靠餅模和併配來推斷茶餅的配方。圖中左邊的是 8582,故名思意,八級配方,所以在餅底可以見到一些粗老的茶葉;反之 7542 ,四級配方,餅底的茶葉就相對地較為嫩和幼細。 A0209 Among those 1980's Seven-son Tea Cakes producing from the same year, they would be wrapped by the same style packing materials. If you are not allowed to make a brew and compare them, you must rely on the shape of the tea cakes (i.e. different molds) and their formulae in order to differentiate between them. In this photo, the one on the left hand side is 8582 (eighty-five eight two, plesae refer to "How to read the 4 digits", First Step to Chinese Puerh tea, P.71). Therefore, you will see some older and bigger tea leaves being compressed on the back of the tea cake of the 8582 tea cake. On the other hand, the 7542 (seventy-five four two) on the right hand side has more tea buds and fine tea leaves, relatively, being compressed on the back. | ||

A0212 這是1980年代"猛"海茶廠壓製的8582,可以看到8582所用到的茶菁是較為粗和老身的,在右面被撥開的茶餅可以顯示出,在餅中心的茶葉,也是粗級數的,但這些老茶葉,就是散發出迷人陳茶香韻奧妙之處。 A0212 This is the 1980's 8582 from Menghai tea factory. You can see that the tea leaf materials used for the formula was old and aged. "Aged" means that it had already grown to an old stage before it was plucked from the tea tree. From the borken tea cake on the right, it shows to us that the tea leaves used inside the tea cake were also big and old. That is the reason why it was named as grade "8" formula (the 3rd digit). However, these old and aged tea leaves are believed to be the smooth, attractive and astonishing aged aroma and taste of 8582. This may be the reason which justifies its high price in 2007 (US$1,000.00 per cake). | ||

A0287 這餅2004年的易武茶餅〔參看舊圖 A0039~A0041,按此前往〕,不論條索、葉底與茶質,都很不錯,我很喜歡。所以,在2005年年初買入開始,2005年中再買,2006年年初再追買(已比去年加價50%),2006年年中最後一次購買(已比上次購買再貴50%),但好茶始終是好茶,這茶將有不錯的轉化,最近還看到印刷風格很類近的茶餅,似乎此茶已有些知名度。 A0287 This 2004 Yiwu tea cake [Ref photos: A0039~A0041, click here] has gorgeous tea cake's appearance, elegant brewed tea leaves and smooth tea broth. It is aged with good changing. This is one of my most favorite teas. Therefore, I bought them again and again. I first had them in early and mid-2005. In January 2006, I decided to use my salary bonus to purchase more even though its price had gone up 50%. That was not the end. The tea vendor realized the changing was unexpectedly good later. Before they had decided to make a new price, I bought some stacks in mid-2006. That was the last ocassion I bought. However, it was another 50% more than I bought it in early 2006. Although the average price I purchased is higher than the first time, a good tea at the beginning is still a good tea eventually. As long as it is not over price when comparing to other 2004 good teas, it is still worth buying. Recently, I saw a tea shop selling a cake with a very similar printing wrapper just with different names and different factory. It seems that this tea has its propularity now. | ||
