[Recital]: Cloud has been posting several hundreds of tea photos in many discussion groups since 2002. These photos were loosely distributed over different discussion forums. I felt hard to locate the photos I posted. Besides, there are a lot of restrictions of those internet photo albums. Therefore, Cloud decides to place these photos under my newly registered domain http://www.cloudsteacollection.com starting from September 2006 in order to organise these photos systematically so that tea lovers can easily find the tea photo information they want. The photos and the site will be updated from time to time. You may come here to take a look regularly. Hope you will enjoy the photos here. If you want to leave me a message, welcome to one of my two tea blogs Cloud's Tea Collection - Blogger or Cloud's Puerh Tea Collection - Blogger. There is only several page at the present moment. Please refer to the index. This is a temporary design. When there will be over several hundred photos, I will consider to classify those photos in accordance with their natures. 	(稍高解像度 / Higher Resolution: 800x600) A0208 1980年代的"猛"海茶廠舊茶餅，當中有 8582、也有 7542。 「雲南七子餅茶」的時代，是打從1970年代初起至約1990年代中期。這個時候的茶餅包裝特色是，所有茶餅都叫作「雲南七子餅茶」，乍看之下，好像是全部都一模一樣，幸好，每個年代的包裝印刷、版面、紙質、內飛、內票的變化，以及茶餅併配本身都有些微的不同，使收藏家有跡可尋，把不同年份與批次的茶餅，都區分出來。 A0208 These are aged 1980's Seven-son Tea Cakes from Menghai tea factory. There are 1980's 7542 and 8582 among them. These tea cakes were produced in the era of Seven-son Tea Cakes which was the period from early 1970's to mid-1990's. The most significant characteristic of the wrappers from this stage is that all these tea cakes were named as "Yunnan Seven-son Tea Cakes". With a glance, they all look alike. However, Puerh collectors can tell the differences between them from the printing styles, paper quality and texture, Trademark Tickets () and Description Tickets () . Even if the wrappers are exactly the same because they were produced at the same stage, Puerh experts still can tell their differences from its formula by judging the tea cakes themselves.
	(稍高解像度 / Higher Resolution: 800x600) A0209 在眾多的1980年代的茶餅，因為同期的茶餅會用上相同的包裝紙，這時候，在不品茗的情況下，就得靠餅模和併配來推斷茶餅的配方。圖中左邊的是 8582，故名思意，八級配方，所以在餅底可以見到一些粗老的茶葉；反之 7542 ，四級配方，餅底的茶葉就相對地較為嫩和幼細。 A0209 Among those 1980's Seven-son Tea Cakes producing from the same year, they would be wrapped by the same style packing materials. If you are not allowed to make a brew and compare them, you must rely on the shape of the tea cakes (i.e. different molds) and their formulae in order to differentiate between them. In this photo, the one on the left hand side is 8582 (eighty-five eight two, plesae refer to "How to read the 4 digits", First Step to Chinese Puerh tea, P.71). Therefore, you will see some older and bigger tea leaves being compressed on the back of the tea cake of the 8582 tea cake. On the other hand, the 7542 (seventy-five four two) on the right hand side has more tea buds and fine tea leaves, relatively, being compressed on the back.
	A0210 88青餅的其中一項辨識方法，就是餅面窩壓的地方是特別緊壓的。這是88青餅的一個很大特色。 A0210 One of the characteristics of telling whether it is a genuine Eight-eight Raw Tea Cake (88 Qingbing) is that the compression in the center of the tea cake was so strong that the tea leaves are still merged together. This is unique to the Eighty-eight Raw Tea Cake.
	A0211 88青餅是1980年代末的"猛"海7542茶餅。 88青餅的特色是，「小七」、「茶字方點」、「薄棉紙」、「餅模直徑稍大」、「餅型由中心至邊緣漸薄」(參看下面 A0214.jpg)。如果同樣是7542配方，但原封包裝是厚草紙，則有可能是1980年代中期的茶品。 A0211 Eighty-eight Raw Tea Cake (88 Qingbing) was 7542 formula tea cake compressed by Menghai tea factory in late 1980's. The characteristics of Eighty-eight Raw Tea Cake is as follows: Smaller Chinese character "seven(七)" "Square" right stroke of the Chinese character "Tea(茶)" in the title Thin cotton wrapping paper Longer diameter of the tea cake From the center to the edge, the shape of the tea cake goes thinner as if it were a slope.(Ref: A0214.jpg) If the 7542 tea cake was wrapped by thick tissue paper, it may imply the fact that the tea cake was produced from the mid-1980's.
	A0212 這是1980年代"猛"海茶廠壓製的8582，可以看到8582所用到的茶菁是較為粗和老身的，在右面被撥開的茶餅可以顯示出，在餅中心的茶葉，也是粗級數的，但這些老茶葉，就是散發出迷人陳茶香韻奧妙之處。 A0212 This is the 1980's 8582 from Menghai tea factory. You can see that the tea leaf materials used for the formula was old and aged. "Aged" means that it had already grown to an old stage before it was plucked from the tea tree. From the borken tea cake on the right, it shows to us that the tea leaves used inside the tea cake were also big and old. That is the reason why it was named as grade "8" formula (the 3rd digit). However, these old and aged tea leaves are believed to be the smooth, attractive and astonishing aged aroma and taste of 8582. This may be the reason which justifies its high price in 2007 (US$1,000.00 per cake).
	A0213 反之 7542 ，四級配方，餅底的茶葉就相對地較為嫩和幼細。 A0213 On the other hand, the 7542 (seventy-five four two) on the right hand side has more tea buds and fine tea leaves, relatively, being compressed on the back.
	A0214 餅型由中心至邊緣漸薄。 A0214 From the center to the edge, the shape of the tea cake goes thinner as if it were a slope.
	A0215 這支茶壺，也是拾到便宜，折實約港幣$150元。很適合大壺泡普洱茶。購於香港。 A0215 This is a good teapot, but I just bought it last year at an unbelievably low price which was just around HK$150 (~US$19.23)(after discount). This teapot is large enough for brewing Puerh as it provides more room for big Puerh tea leaves to spread out. It was bought in Hong Kong.
	A0216 這是有入倉的茶磚，但只要程度不太重，也是不失為日後可發展的好茶。 A0216 These are tea bricks from wet storage. As long as the degree of wet is not too high (mild wet), they are still good tea for further aging developments.
	A0217 這些是從上圖 A0216 那堆中挑選理想的，然後購買回家，需要多自存兩至三年。這些茶磚的茶質一點都不差。 A0217 Those good tea bricks were selected and purchased from a pile of tea bricks as shown in A0216. It should be a good tea after 2 to 3 years dry storage at home. In fact, the nature of this tea is not bad.

	A0280 一九九七年香港回歸紀念磚（青磚） 這是一磚 2KG 的大青磚，當時由「田園茶行」訂製，是一磚很緊壓的茶磚。浮雲於1997年7月購入，自家藏了足足十年，是一段不短的時間。2007年7月2日，慶祝香港回歸十週年，把一塊已撥開一半的「回歸磚」與茶友同聚暢飲。雖然此磚陳期足十年，但仍未及1999年名牌普洱茶的好喝（諸如「99下關繁鐵」：見A0347 到 A0363），可見茶質底蘊是相當重要的。 A0280 1997 Reunification Tea Brick for commemoration of Reunificaiton of Hong Kong (Raw) This is a 2KG raw tea brick ordered by Tianyuan Tea Company in 1997. This tea brick was compressed tightly. Cloud bought it in July 1997 in order to celebrate and commemorate the reunification of Hong Kong. This raw tea brick has been hoarding for ten years which is not a short period of time. On 2 July 2007, Cloud chipped off a piece and shared this with the Internet tea lovers so as to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong Reunification. Although this raw tea brick has been aging for tea years, the taste of it is not really as good as those 1999 famous Puerh such as "1999 Traditional Characters Discus" (See A0347 to A0363). This implies that the raw material of blending a tea cake at the very first beginning is actually very important and affects the aging result very much.

	A0282 一九九七年香港回歸紀念磚（青磚） 當時1997年6月7日的報紙都有報導此磚茶，因此，此磚茶的年份被誇大是不可能的。從標題得知，普洱茶由1997年起，都開始小量地受到認識，標題也說明了：「捱一個月騾仔換一餅普洱」。這是廣東話，意思是說「打工一個月的工錢，才只可以換到一餅普洱茶餅。」報導所指的茶餅，是「紅印」和「宋聘號」。 A0282 1997 Reunification Tea Brick for commemoration of Reunificaiton of Hong Kong (Raw) On 7 June 1997, this tea brick was reported by a local newspaper. This made it impossible for people to add additional years to this tea brick. What is interesting is that from the subject of the newspaper's article, it said that "Working hard for 4 weeks could only buy a tea cake" which means that an aged tea cakes was worth your 4 weeks salary. At that time, this article referred to the 1950's Red Mark and the Songpin Hao. Unforunately, today a single 1950's Red Mark may cost you 2 to 3 times of your monthly salary.

	A0287 這餅2004年的易武茶餅〔參看舊圖 A0039~A0041，按此前往〕，不論條索、葉底與茶質，都很不錯，我很喜歡。所以，在2005年年初買入開始，2005年中再買，2006年年初再追買（已比去年加價50%），2006年年中最後一次購買（已比上次購買再貴50%），但好茶始終是好茶，這茶將有不錯的轉化，最近還看到印刷風格很類近的茶餅，似乎此茶已有些知名度。 A0287 This 2004 Yiwu tea cake [Ref photos: A0039~A0041, click here] has gorgeous tea cake's appearance, elegant brewed tea leaves and smooth tea broth. It is aged with good changing. This is one of my most favorite teas. Therefore, I bought them again and again. I first had them in early and mid-2005. In January 2006, I decided to use my salary bonus to purchase more even though its price had gone up 50%. That was not the end. The tea vendor realized the changing was unexpectedly good later. Before they had decided to make a new price, I bought some stacks in mid-2006. That was the last ocassion I bought. However, it was another 50% more than I bought it in early 2006. Although the average price I purchased is higher than the first time, a good tea at the beginning is still a good tea eventually. As long as it is not over price when comparing to other 2004 good teas, it is still worth buying. Recently, I saw a tea shop selling a cake with a very similar printing wrapper just with different names and different factory. It seems that this tea has its propularity now.
